Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on filbit at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. filbit shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate account information, including incorrect GCash numbers, email addresses, or identity details that result in failed withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filbit login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify filbit immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. filbit will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
filbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud, money laundering, underage access, breach of these Terms, violation of PAGCOR guidelines, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
filbit currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank. filbit reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction initiation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Fully verified accounts with GCash or Maya as the designated withdrawal method will typically have withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours. filbit reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
Player deposits are held in designated accounts separate from filbit's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR player protection requirements. Your filbit wallet balance represents a debt owed by filbit to you and is redeemable in accordance with these Terms.
filbit may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filbit's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
filbit shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits or gambling winnings resulting from technical failures beyond filbit's reasonable control; (c) any losses arising from your breach of these Terms; or (d) any claims arising from third-party game studio errors, provided filbit acts promptly to investigate and resolve such issues in accordance with PAGCOR dispute procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of filbit shall first be submitted to filbit's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution channels.
Where legal proceedings become necessary, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
filbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of filbit following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using filbit and request account closure.
